Felicity Spence originally from Natal, could not resist the draw of her home province. After spending time in the UK, the Free State and Johannesburg she is now happily settled in Howick as the new owner of Supa Sub.
While looking for a business to become involved with Supa Sub appealed immediately to Felicity with her love of baking and catering. Since taking ownership the shop has been given a new look with tables and chairs inside and outside. The menu has been expanded to include fresh cakes baked daily and a variety of muffins. I'm sure you will be tempted by Blueberry Loaf with Blueberry topping or a Vanilla Sponge with Coffee Icing.
Supa Sub are looking forward to introducing their winter menu items which include French Vanilla Mocha and Chai Tea Lattes. On chilly days there will be a fresh pot of soup to warm you and if you place an order a day ahead you can get made to order pizza.
Supa Sub will deliver in and around Howick for lunch or your mid morning break. They will also cater for office functions if you speak to them about your requirements.
Felicity says despite the challenges of the move, a new business venture and car problems she has never been more content than she is now.
