A very quiet bowling week with cold tabs in days
Competitions
On Tuesday morning 21 August we played our J Leslie Smith & Co sponsored 2 4 2 competition. It was a fairly cold morning and took bowlers a while to get into their stride. The eventual winners of the meat pack 1st prize were the team of Ann Marnoch and Mark Taylor. Second prize was won by Dave Mainprize and Grace Abrahams. Both prizes were sponsored by JLS who were also presented by Crystal Dekker who brought us some lovely tea time treats and Lisa Nagel who handed out the prizes. J Leslie Smith & Co remains an incredible supporter of bowling in both the Midlands and PMB and we are blessed to have them on board.
The next competition will be the Woodstone Craft Café 2 Bowl Trips Teams-in comp which will take place on Friday 31 August with the starting time at 9am. Team entries for this competition will close at Midnight on Wednesday 29 August. All you need to do is put a team together and either call it in to 082 758 1246 or email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
