Well done to Piggly Wiggly, with the help of Dr Lee Pachonick of Midmar Vet Clinic, they managed to trap and sterilise all their feral cats (we think).
This is now a managed colony that will be healthy and happy and not overpopulated. So when you next visit Piggly Wiggly look out for the cats with the notched ears.
Interesting Facts
Cats eyes don't close under anesthetic so eye drops are administered to stop them drying out.
The right ear is notched for girls, left for boys.
